Co-Founder
Established in 2014, North Carolina Downhill was founded by a collective of skateboarders, artists, photographers, filmmakers, and event organizers. After years of dedication and hardwork, the brand is considered to be the most predominate source for downhill media & events on the East Coast.
Media Director
As the current Media Director for North Carolina Downhill, I have supplied the brand with dynamic video production, photography albums, social media strategy, and cross-promotion collaborations. Longer term, we hope to enter film festivals and continue to develop partnerships within the community.
Event Organizer
NCDH has hosted 5 annual downhill skateboarding events at Mt. Jefferson State Park in West Jefferson, NC, one being a World Qualifier. As an organizing member, I aid in communications, budget management, local business sponsorships, and volunteer teams. Additionally, I create and promote media materials through local, national, & global channels.
Rider Spotlights
Each year, riders from around the globe travel & relocate to Western North Carolina on a quest to skate the fabled gems that lie in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. As the Media Director, I spend each season producing rider profile videos that highlight the unique styles of locals and visitors.
Annual Race - Mount Jefferson State Park
NCDH has hosted 5 annual downhill skateboarding events at Mt. Jefferson State Park in West Jefferson, NC, one being a World Qualifier. To the left is a re-cap video I produced that highlights this special East-Coast gathering.
Artist Series Project
In an effort to strengthen bonds between community members, and produce a high quality product, I established the artist series initiative at NCDH. The process includes interfacing with visual artists, screen-printers, wholesalers, and the fulfillment team to offer the community small-batch, branded product.
